Salisbury Floating Sound Journey

Service Description

A deeply restorative floating sound bath, held at Godolphin Leisure Centre in Salisbury. This special last-minute session offers a calm, supportive space to fully switch off, reset, and reconnect. You’ll be gently guided into relaxation before being immersed in a carefully curated sound journey, designed to support your nervous system and bring the body into a state of rest. Floating allows the body to completely let go, reducing physical pressure and helping you drop into a deeper level of stillness while being fully supported throughout. This is a one-off session offered at a reduced rate due to the short notice, with future sessions returning to standard pricing. The setting is simpler than my Manor Farm sessions, but the experience itself remains the same, safe, grounded, and intentionally held. Guests are asked to bring their own blanket and pillow, with eye masks provided. Limited beds available, booking essential.
