Service Description

*New* Complimentary Swim after Sound Journey. Join us for a truly unique and unforgettable experience: a Floating Sound Bath, where water, vibration, and stillness come together to soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind, and connect you back to yourself. Held on a peaceful Sunday afternoon in June, this event invites you to lie back on a gentle, floating bed in a serene, warm environment as the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments wash over you. Being near (and on) water enhances the impact of sound, your body naturally absorbs the vibrations more deeply, allowing for profound nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic balance. Whether you're seeking a moment of deep rest, inner connection, emotional clarity, or simply something different from the usual wellness routine, this is for you. What to Expect: - A peaceful welcome and grounding ritual. - Gentle breathwork or meditation to settle into the space. - 45+ minute immersive sound bath while floating. - A unique chance to be held, literally and energetically, in stillness. Why floating? Water is one of the most powerful amplifiers of energy. Floating helps release tension in the body and signals to your nervous system that you're safe. Combine that with sound healing, and you're in for a deeply nurturing, one-of-a-kind experience that stays with you long after it ends. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter. Spots are very limited due to space so this is a wonderful small group experience. Book now to reserve your place, and give your body, mind, and soul the reset it deserves. Sound baths are generally safe for most people, but may not be suitable for those with sound-triggered epilepsy, or in early stages of pregnancy. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please check with your healthcare provider before attending. This event is not a replacement for professional therapy or medical treatment.
