Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 01/03/2025.
We at Wood Wellbeing are working to make our events accessible to people with disabilities.

Wood Wellbeing is committed to creating spaces that are as welcoming, inclusive, and accessible as possible.

  • Many of our events are held at ground-floor venues with wheelchair access, details for each location will be shared in event descriptions.

  • If you have accessibility needs, please reach out directly via email or message before booking so we can support you as best we can.

  • We offer low-cost community sound baths, discount codes, and occasionally free tickets to ensure financial accessibility is part of our ethos.

  • Neurodivergent and mental health-friendly practices are at the core of what we offer, with sensory regulation and emotional safety always considered.

We know there’s always more to learn and improve, feedback is always welcome.

Accessibility Note – Floating Sound Baths

While our Floating Sound Baths are designed to be deeply restful and nurturing, please be aware that the session takes place in a heated pool and involves floating on specially designed water beds.

There is no pool hoist or lift, so attendees will need to be able to safely enter and exit the pool using the pool steps and be comfortable in water. Floating beds are stable, and every effort is made to keep participants dry, but there is always a small chance of getting wet or even falling in, so a level of water confidence is essential.

If you have any accessibility questions, feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help explore what’s possible.

Your comfort and safety matter deeply to us.
