At Wood Wellbeing we are committed to creating safe, supportive, and high-quality wellbeing experiences. If you are unhappy with any aspect of a session, we welcome your feedback and will always aim to resolve concerns fairly and respectfully.
How to Raise a Concern:
If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us as soon as possible:

- Your name
- Date of session
- Details of your concern
What Happens Next:
We will acknowledge your message within 48 hours
We aim to review and respond fully within 5 working days
If needed we may ask for further information to understand the situation clearly.
We aim to:
Listen without judgement
Take all concerns seriously
Resolve issues fairly and professionally
Learn and improve where needed
Resolution:
Where appropriate resolutions may include clarification or explanation, adjustments for future sessions, partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Respectful Communication
Wood Wellbeing is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants and staff. We ask that all communication, including raising concerns or complaints, are conducted in a respectful manor.
Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour (including verbal or harassment) will not be tolersted.
Where this occurs we reserve the right to end communication, refuse further service and take appropriate action where necessary.
