Community Serenity Sound Bath

After so many beautiful messages and such a powerful turnout during Mental Health Week, I’ve decided to launch a new Accessible Community Sound Bath, a gentle, welcoming evening to rest, reset, and breathe.

This will be a simpler, spacious setup designed to make sound healing more accessible for the community, with 25 spaces available (compared to the usual 13) and a lower price point to help more people join in.

You’ll need to bring your own mats, blankets, pillows, or whatever comforts you need to feel relaxed and supported. It’s basic, but deeply nourishing, and just as transformative.

My main sound baths are smaller, more intimate events with everything provided, but this one is about connection, simplicity, and shared peace.

We’ll use breath, grounding meditation, and sound to support the nervous system and invite deep calm before the weekend begins.
