About the event

Join us for a truly unique and unforgettable experience: a Floating Sound Bath, where water, vibration, and stillness come together to soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind, and connect you back to yourself.

Held on a peaceful Sunday afternoon in June, this event invites you to lie back on a gentle, floating bed in a serene, warm environment as the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments wash over you. Being near (and on) water enhances the impact of sound, your body naturally absorbs the vibrations more deeply, allowing for profound nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic balance.

Whether you're seeking a moment of deep rest, inner connection, emotional clarity, or simply something different from the usual wellness routine, this is for you.

What to Expect:

  • A peaceful welcome and grounding ritual

  • Gentle breathwork or meditation to settle into the space
