About the event
Join us for a very special Sound for Hope đź’ś Suicide Prevention Fundraiser, created to bring our community together for an evening of rest, connection and something that matters enormously. All proceeds going towards SalisburySamaritans Charity in aid of Suicide Prevention in support of Wood Wellbeings Suicide Prevention Charity evening - The Mayor's Ball 2026.
As we mark World Suicide Prevention Day, this sound journey is about creating space to slow down, switch off and remember the importance of connection, conversation and looking out for one another.
You'll be guided into relaxation before being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments.
No previous experience is needed. There is nothing you need to achieve and no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself some time to rest.

Bring your own yoga/camping mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you need to get cosy. Please note this option is for mat-sized spaces only, no inflatable mattresses, as space is limited. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Salisbury Samaritans.

Your inflatable mattress will be provided and ready for you, simply bring your favourite blanket and anything else you'd like to get cosy. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Salisbury Samaritans.

“Float in one of our beautiful hammocks for an extra-special immersive sound experience. Bring an extra blanket if you’d like to get extra cosy. Your £20 ticket is your minimum donation, but you’re very welcome to give more. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Salisbury Samaritans.
