September 10th is Suicide Prevention Day, a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and hold space for the reality that so many people silently struggle. Every life matters. Every voice deserves to be heard.
This special Serenity Sound Bath is held in gentle honour of World Suicide Prevention Day, with deep intention to support mental wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and inner peace. It’s not a solution, but a space, to exhale, to reconnect, and to be reminded that you’re not alone.

We are raising awareness and all proceeds and donations go to Salisbury Mental Health Gala, a local mental health charity offering vital services to our community.
