About the event
This World Kindness Day, join Wood Wellbeing for a soothing Sound Bath meditation designed to bring rest, reflection, and connection.
What to expect:
A deeply relaxing 1-hour+ Sound Bath to calm the mind and reset the nervous system.
A Kindness Tree, where you can choose a small act of kindness to carry into your week.
A chance to support our local community by bringing a food item for the food bank, helping spread kindness beyond the event.
Tea and Sharing at the end.
