Wiltshire Mental Health & Wellbeing Resource Booklet – by Wood Wellbeing
Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes finding support when you need it most can be confusing or overwhelming. That’s why I created this Wiltshire Mental Health & Wellbeing Resource Booklet. To provide a clear, accessible guide to local and national mental health services, crisis support, and wellbeing tools.
Rooted in my own journey from trauma and PTSD Wood Wellbeing was born from the desire to combine evidence-based practices, community connection, and support in one place. With the encouragement and grounding support of my husband, John, we’ve grown this project into a resource that reaches far beyond individual events.
This booklet is designed to be practical, easy-to-use, and inclusive, with sections dedicated to:
Crisis support & helplines
Practical grounding and self-care techniques
Men’s and women’s mental health resources
Military and veterans’ wellbeing support
Young people & teen-focused services
Local Wiltshire charities, groups, drop-ins, and coffee mornings
It’s our mission to make support accessible for everyone, from those experiencing a mental health crisis to anyone looking to improve their wellbeing, and to bridge the gap between specialist services and the community.
Download your free copy today, and keep it somewhere close, you never know when it might make the difference between feeling lost and finding the right support.
